    Whatcha cook'n?

I put a brisket on about an hour ago. Figure if I'm going to be stuck at the house with the kids, I'll at least eat good.

You should be more prepared, and get a generator. That way, you don't "lose" power.

Got plenty in the freezers and plenty of diesel for the generator. Steak, chicken, pork chops, bbq, fish, hamburger, cube steak, loin. Whatever I feel like cooking at the time i guess. If i gotta go out in it and work atleast i can eat good when i get home.

I've got a bunch of birds, but I had a bunch of Ribeyes cut then frozen this morning. I don't really do well sitting around.. so I imagine I'll be between the house and stores, so I want a good lunch.

Picked up 3 butts and 10 chickens yesterday. One night will be chuck-eye steaks. Hard to beat a good chuck-eye... BGE ought to stay hot for a few days.

Pilau, venison cubed steak, Hometeam's smoked wings, BBQ chicken leg quarters, brisket, and chuck roast are all on my projected menu. My sponsors include, but are not limited to, Grizzly Wintergreen, Tito's Handmade Vodka, Predator Generators, Tractor Supply Propane and Propane Accessories, and Buffalo Trace.

And when that runs out, I have a couple butts in the freezer that I cooked last week, and a few gallons of hash that I made a couple weeks ago.
