UGA RB James Cook ejected, to miss first half vs South Carolina

Athens, Ga. — Already down one freshman tailback, Georgia lost one of its top performers in the fourth quarter of the season opener against Austin Peay. James Cook was ejected with less than seven minutes left in the fourth quarter for targeting on a punt.

With the Bulldogs, up 45-0, facing a fourth-and-6 at the Georgia 29-yard line, Jake Camarda booted a 47-yard punt, with DeAngelo Wilson calling for a fair catch at the Austin Peay 24-yard line. But Cook unloaded on the punt returner with his helmet, resulting in the penalty, which was upheld after review. That means Cook will miss the first half of next week's road game and SEC opener against South Carolina.

I bet it is your dream to go pick up Todd Ellis one day......in your corvette..... to have appetizers and drinks at Applebee’s. You know, have a loud obnoxious conversation so everyone can hear. You get him drunk so you can stay till they close. Your buddy is the manager there so you not only got half price apps, he’s gonna hook you up with the security camera footage of yalls conversation. The time of your life, and you get to watch it everyday.

The 125th ranked team out of 130 scored 15 points against you. Somehow I think the Georgia 4th team RB could gut y’all for a 100 or so.

9 of those came in Q4 against 2nd and 3rd stringers, Champ pulled the majority of the starters at the end of the 3rd unlike Dabozo.
Did Wilkins really only get 1 sack at home against Furman? Cant be right

Feeding the troll here, but when you play an option team, there aren’t many sack opportunities. I would have thought you learned that when y’all played The Citadel.

Dabo has his NFL players still in 4th quarter trying
to protect his #2 ranking over protecting them.
Meanwhile the likes of Ohio State hung 77 points on Oregon St
and we saw what Bama did to Louisville and on and on with the other top 10
    teams.
Furman defense was blowing thru the Tater O line at Climp5in.
Shitter is closer than originally thought. The winds of shit are stirring
Thank God they only play one ranked team.

    Spin it bro
The “best D line” in all of football, 50 lbs heavier, taller, stronger and faster? Maybe it was the
cover of SI that did it
Looked like Ol Lard Ass was out there

UGA has a stable full of running backs. They will just trot out another back that will rush for 100+.
It was a stupid freshman move by Cook though. It happens.

Still picking USuC in this one, I think they pull it off

Being at Willy B should help a LOT as long as Dawgs don’t get a big lead early, IF Dawgs get big lead Willy B will be a ghost town

Chickens keep it close and crowd will be rocking(AND THROWING)

They just looked like starters because there was no drop off. CC scoring twice on your 1st team should remind you there no hope Saturday or Saturday after Thanksgiving.
