    Got a buddy who works for one of he Companies who install equipment on them. He climbs towers every day

    there is a tower owner's sign on the gate of every cell site.
    there will be a contact number that goes to their NOCC.

    pull up to a cell tower somewhere close and dial the American Tower NOC.
    (often times they are operated by foreigners, but should be able to direct you to someone who can help)

    Yes call Deputy Dog he was my former boss back in the day. Sorry I have been out of that business so long I have forgot 90% of the people I worked for.
