Where da hell you been? That's old news, and the field has already been replaced.
Let's hope some hillbilly sticks some All in chips under there...
I figured grass would grow well in a shithole.
It’s was actually a brilliant move. Turf was getting replaced anyway so you schedule an outdoor concert and put it in the contract that a large portion of the replacement cost is included in the fee. Boom. Git some.
How much did y'all charge the citadel for destroying y'alls field?
Do you think new sod will have time to root before Saturday?
Already scheduled to be replaced? I can assure you that replacing a field two weeks before a football game this late in the year is a terrible practice and the groundskeepers fought the idea from the start. It boils down to the fact that even Tanner knows these two rappers will draw more people and have a bigger impact on Columbia than the irrelevant football games will.
They know the only way they can beat UGA is by putting sod down that hasnt rooted yet and slides around, hoping for a knee injury or so from multiple UGA backs.
Regardless of how or why this went down replacing the turf this close to the start of the season isn't a good thing.
They probably coulda gotten a sweet deal on the endzone turf from January's playoff game.
I know nothing of turf management. But from what I read they say this is a common practice and with todays management practices that the turf could be played on the next day without issue. Just another reason for you tater fans to have the cocks in your mouth i reckon
Funny thing is you cocks paid a bunch of Clemson Grads to replace your turf. Clemson continues to live in your heads and your stadium
