His struggles are over. May God bless him and comfort his family. He was a great American like him or not.

A sad day. He was a great American. First man I ever voted for in a presidential election.

Somebody said earlier, "he's going to hell". I had no words.

They announced VERY recently (like yesterday or the day before) that he would no longer seek treatment, so I figured he had at least a couple of months. Regardless, prayers for his family.

Some pretty awful things said by people in regards to his passing.

He may not have had the same political views as you, but he was a war hero and deserves to be treated with respect regardless of politics.

I didn’t care for his political stance and games but I’ll pray for his family and soul. GBM is a horrible disease that no one should have to die from, just cruel for the afflicted and family. RIP Mr. McCain.
Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

My step mom died last year from the same cancer. I feel for his family but screw mccain. Some of you need to research his time spent in Vietnam better.
