    Pretty easy , grind weld off , remove old spindles , and weld new in . 15 minutes tops.

    This...BUT for the weekend warrior it depends on the tools you have and how well you can use them.

    If when you grind the weld and spindle doesn’t slip out, check and see if they spot welded about 4 inches from end. Pro-Tip
