    Bumping this one up.

Is this Tomotley? What's the deal with the property? For sale?

I’d really like a formal education on growing rice on inland impoundments without tidewaters.
Be proactive about improving public waterfowl habitat in South Carolina. It's not going to happen by itself, and our help is needed. We have the potential to winter thousands of waterfowl on public grounds if we fight for it.

We're tidal, but the water is too brackish for row crops now. We have a 100 acre spring fed lake that we use to flood the planted impoundments, the rest load up with wigeon grass.
