    Default Deer burger philly

My wife saw this sandwich on Pinterest made with hamburger and showed it to me. I figured I’d give it a try with deer meat. I was surprised how good it turned out. Grilled with mushrooms, onions, peppers on Texas toast on the Blackstone. Add a little worchestire sauce after the meat is browned and the veggies are right then top with mozzarella or provolone. Nice change from the usuals with deer burger.
