I just did. Time to quit dicking around with these silly little laws that lead to animals losing their fear, act like men, and take care of business. Same with the bear population. Kill them.

Most 8 ft gators are less than 200 lbs.

Weight doesn't matter when it comes to strength. Obviously, an 8 foot Gator is strong enough to pull an old lady into the water.

Go to places where they are hunted hard and you won't see any aggressive gators...

They need a healthy dose of lead to remember to hide from us. Prayers to the family. Awful.

"It appears the alligator went after her dog and she tried to protect it," Chappalear said.
    The dog was unharmed.

Any predator is aggressive when comes down to eating. I like my dog, don't get me wrong, but if a gator came after it I'd bet I couldn't even draw my weapon before the deal was already over.

That's horrible, but it seems like Darwin is still at work here. Let the dog go and live to see another day.

They wise up pretty quick. I'm really shocked that they don't have more attacks in the everglades with all the dumbass parents sending little johnny over for a quick photo.
