    Default HS 8/19

My bad, I was rushed and didn't take in entree pics. Slowiedawg brought me some, it was good. Just imagine some next to some grits and a sauce. That's what I did last night.. the bits that were leftover were turned into this.

Definitely, but I've seen enough his pics to know he used stone ground grits and a mouseline.

Thanks cuz, it was good.. I made it all look good, made Jess's plate then mine.. got all sidetracked and forgot to take a pic. I had a few side chunks in there that I went ahead and cooked, they had fair amount of bones. So later that night I thought about a dip. I haven't had King's in a while, and this was as close or as good as I could make one.

Doug brought in some Spanish earlier that I'm looking at, but fyi swing by the Farmers Market right in downtown. They're having food truck Mondays. I picked up a mess of pulled pork, some brisket, and pies and such.

    he let you down, slowie.

he mushed it up, made some sort of dip out of it, and took a bad pic.

and I'll bet that's some kroger brand cracker pretending to be a ritz....and, OH MY, he was watching a golf infomercial.
Ugh. Stupid people piss me off.

What does the HS version of King’s Fish Dip consist of.

    Kidding

    Meat
    Old Bay
    Garlic powder
Cayenne, that's just me because I feel like it needs a tad of heat.
    Salt
    Smidge of Worcestershire
    Dukes
    Dollop of Daisy

It thickens up once it's in the fridge. I feel cream cheese is unneeded.

He really did, gave the man a fresh ARS filet and he makes dip with it.

The only thing missing was some tartar sauce.

They say the best dishes are made with the fewest ingredients. This one appears to follow that thinking.

Sorry I did cook it all up and nice. At one point I was like damn I need to get a pic.. I was edging my phone over Jess's shoulders while she was about to begin eating. Then I instantly felt silly.

    It's coconut. I don't think I could stomach buying a tomato pie
