As a straight man I refuse to use the word recipe.

But if you have a parts list for that meatloaf I’d like to see it. Been wanting to try one in the egg.

You just blew my mind. As a straight man who freaking loves meat loaf and loves to smoke stuff. How have I never thought of this! Looks good!

You can order cast iron meatloaf pans on the www

How can you eat that without mashed potatoes and gravy?

Seriously though, do you use any kind of sauce?

Not bad, looks good. Did you use any other type of wood or just the charcoal?

Stuffed em with cream cheese and chorizo. Used a chipotle sauce in/on one and a honey bbq in/on the other. I added a bit to the mix. Tried to keep temp below 200 but I put a little too much coal in the boiler. Let it get to 170 internal temp and pulled em off.

Nice. I was looking at a smoked meatloaf recipe just this week. That looks great. It's definitely on the short list.

One of my favorites on the smoker. Almost makes my opinion of you go up a little. Almost...
