I have a 2011 4WD with 179K. The only problem I have had is that the horn quit working. When it is time for another (which I don't expect for another couple of years) it will be damn hard to talk me out of buying another one.

I saw a tan one earlier in person.. it's not the same looking truck as that khaki mud color one that's in that image. That would have to be addressed.

But also Chess is my buddy so I'm like all torn. I think he's thinking it'll make me alternative.

They call it quicksand. For every one I see I like I see another I don’t.

It is also not available past the limited trim level that I know of, that could have changed though.

I've got a 2017 2wd Crew Max. I get 15.7 mpg. I will be upgrading to a Crew Max 4wd next fall. Love my Tundra.

Just picked up a Sequoia Platinum for the wife....plan to keep it until it quits and can not be fixed anymore.

ETA: This will be my first Toyota since I sold my '89 4WD SR5 to get a GMC Z71 in '95...I say that only to quantify that I don't have any personal experience as of late but did just recently drink the Kool-Aid. I still drive a GMC but that would prob'ly not be the case if Toyota had a 3/4 or 1 ton offering

If you give 10 people a bag of gold, someone will complain about how heavy it is!

I just don’t see you driving that.

I mean you live like 5 miles from work and don’t really ever leave except to go to Edisto or the lake. Jess rolls in something big enough to tow the boat so fuck it, buy something fun. A Taco on 31 x 10.5’s is classic Ralph. Adult Ralph is an “older” land cruiser, maybe a Lexus LX jacked up on mud tires, defender 90, 70’s Bronco, something cool. You put like 20k miles on in 10 years and give two shits about gas mileage or anything else.

Your hair blowing in a 97’ D90 soft top would be pretty rad.

Sounds like he could save about $40k and just buy a moped

To argue with a man who has renounced the use and authority of reason, and whose philosophy consists in holding humanity in contempt, is like administering medicine to the dead, or endeavoring to convert an atheist by scripture.

I've always liked D90s.. But I need something to keep up with my daily or weekly needs. I can hear people now if I pulled up in one.. "I heard Ralph vacations in Europe" I've tried this time, but I can't do life properly without a truck.

I see what you mean there. That would be too much of a statement in a town that isn't too far past it's Bronco II heyday.

Anyone purchased an 18’ yet? I’m reading the pre collision stuff now standard does not play well with a leveling kit.

Can’t seem to find any info on what changes for 2019 are coming either.
