Absolutely. There hasnt even been a long enough dry period to make haylage. Quality wise, this cutting won’t be worth a darn.

Shoot, the river has dropped more than 2 feet since Monday.

I am half way through moving three acres of dirt 20 feet deep. Now I am pumping instead of digging.

Write you a good motivational speech and have them do a slow motion walk out while you blast Rush’s Tom Sawyer from a boom box. Then once the game starts put “there goes my hero” on repeat. They should be fine and win most of their games. The ones they lose they’ll learn some life lessons.

Only logging crew we still have moving is a shovel crew in Aiken county, at this rate even they’ll have to shut down soon.

When we go on a fishing trip and the forecast calls for 5% chance of rain it means 100% rain 5% of the day, usually at prime time. FACT. We had a humdinger in Laurens last eve.

Just checked the radar. Looks same as normal.

Spur is right! Last night was something in Laurens. Hell of a light show and 1 inch in the rain gage from that storm.

We had about 36 hours without rain in Summerville and then that all went to hell last night. Somewhere around 1-2am we got freak'n pummeled.
