Is that with hunting the same feeding areas at the same hrs every time or did you adjust to hunt loafing areas to catch birds coming or going to feeding areas?

New moon seems to be a solid time to kill tho right?
Listen to your elders. Not because they are always right but because they have more experiences of being wrong.

late to this party but I'd like to see temperature in NC and Va. compared to ducks. I believe our biggest factor is if and when things lock up in NC and Va. cool food for thought as always.

the Freelance guy on youtube has some kindof app or website or something that he designed for keeping a database of stats. some of you number/spreadsheet guys might be interested in checking it out. sounded like its pretty user friendly, but i dont shoot enough birds to bother looking into it myself.

That's how I read it, basically there's a 5-day window that starts the day before the new moon. I I should break it down further by looking only at November and early December. The new moon theory might only work for migrating birds, or only for winter resident birds. I did look only at September teal and seem to have slightly better luck around a full moon.
