    Glenn,

I'm seriously considering jumpin' on this train. I saw the website you posted but was hoping you might be able to offer an opinion on a book as well. Holla' back.

So I started August 25th and by mid December had gone from 218 to 188. I'm wearing carhartts now that I still have from highschool. Really wasn't a huge deal to commit to it, for me. I think the biggest thing for me was cutting out all the junk foods I used to eat along with snacking throughout the day.

BB, I used Glenn's website post to do some reading and just checked and want to say that it might have changed? Maybe it's just me but I can't find all the reading material that I originally went through when he posted it. I know I spent time on google and youtube to get more info. Surprisingly, YouTube actually had quite a bit of information that was worth watching/listening to.

The wife and I jumped on this train this week. Low carb has always worked for us. Travel is a killer for us, so we would've started earlier had Clemson been in something called a Belk Bowl. We have both been drinking too much, eating chips off our kids plate, and just generally undisciplined. Back on the crossfit train that I bailed off of at Thanksgiving. Workout is the key for me, because if I bust my ass for an hour, I'm certainly not going to waste it on a shitty diet.

I have done a good bit of reading, but I will have questions and need some support. Great work by all of those who have had the discipline to see results.

Innernet tribalism. I imagine you could find a facebook page for people who wear shoes, or don't. One for people who use deodorant, and one for those who won't. Hell, there is probably one for duck hunters. Humans are some weird frickers....

That's for the heads up on ketogains, Glenn. I was half assing. Last two months I dialed it in and lost 20 pounds and 12% bf.

They used to be called Nutrition Facts. It’s what was left after reading everything else on the cereal box.
