    Default 100% Badass!

The wife and I saw this boat in the marina when we went on an evening ride today.
It's a big ass Intrepid with 3 627s on it. Just stupid amounts of awesome.

shoulda waited until the crew came out and then said, “race ya for a sun drop.”

I don't exactly know what model Intrepid this was, but it had a rather large cabin. I think it was a Panacea.

Damn...I don't know how to link it, but I think I found this boat for sale on BoatTrader in Little River. A 475 Panacea for a measly $875k.

A quick 30 minute run from Little River for dinner at Frank's.

I'm glad I didn't have to park it.

I think that boat just got here from Kentucky.

Think of how many people you could bottom fish down the side of it!

Hell yeah, be on the BSB and Bliners in no time.

Had a Freeman 42LR with quad Mercury Racing 400’s pull up beside us last time out. That was a badass boat too but, I’m sticking with the Southport.
Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

At the end of the day, it’s still a center console.

For half the price of that, you could have a nice sportfisher.
Be proactive about improving public waterfowl habitat in South Carolina. It's not going to happen by itself, and our help is needed. We have the potential to winter thousands of waterfowl on public grounds if we fight for it.

A nice and slow sportfisher. A big CC with trips is the ticket, something about running around the ocean at 50+ that just makes it more convenient.

I fish a 42 yellowfin. From the Georgetown marina to the swbx in an hour flat.

If it’s hot, we sweat. If it rains, we get wet. If we need ice, there is no making it.

Not to mention billfishing isn’t the same. No doubt it can be done.....but the Hums not the same, dredge fishing, etc.

I’m awful happy to fish that over a 26ft Grady, but it ain’t no Spencer.

It takes a special person to come up with that list of complaints..........

Which 42? I don’t think either of them moored there does 80 down Winyah, through the jetties and on to the SW banks.

You forgot one, when it gets sporty you get the shit beat out of you even more. There is no substitute for LOA and displacement, fact.

For $200k I can buy a 35-38ft express that fishes better and I can take the family on for the weekend or I can buy some SKA wet dream. No brainer in my book.

So you have the good fortune of fishing the fastest 42 Yellowfin ever produced? Go try to sell that load somewhere else....that boat wont get there from GLM in an hour flat if the owner runs it on the pins the entire way(which I sincerely doubt as well).
