    Default Working Families party

What's up with the working families party? I just looked at the sample ballot and in two of my local races the democratic candidate is listed on the ticket for the Democratic and the Working Families. That tells me what I need to know.

Seems like we have talked about this before. And google says it's called Fusion voting. In short they were nominated for two parties and they get their name on the ballot twice, but the votes are added up.

I know the GA has been busy working on youth days and highway taxes. But can we get rid of this ridiculousness? I mean I don't trust the average voter as it is.

While we're at it, can we get rid of the straight party ticket. At least make people click every damn button.

Yep, just looked at my ballot....

That's about as blatantly dishonest as you can get.

You'd think there would already be rules against this foolishness.
