    You realized that was grown by American farmers. So it's full of antibiotics and steroids. I'd only eat it if I had a bad UTI and wanted to put on serious mass.

    That's a little under cooked for me and needs some kosher salt on it and a tab of butter

    I am doing another beef brisket this weekend.

    No shit! It has rained a ton today. I do have that figured out though...I fire up the BGE in the garage with a big ass fan pushing the smoke out. Works pretty well. Sometimes you just gotta cook!
