    Default Sunflowers

After a mighty struggle with deer, weeds and later a hurricane (fingers crossed we don’t deal with that again) last year, we have made some changes the appear to have paid off. All I can hope for now is the birds show up...

Great looking field. I passed 3 or 4 yesterday. None had heads like that.

I’d much rather have that problem than dealing with a bunch of headless flowers covered in pig weeds.

Great looking field of sunflowers. Hope the doves enjoy them, and y’all enjoy the doves.

Great looking corner. The dubs should be piling in there.

Beautiful looking sunflowers. When did you plant them? I always plant mine around may 15th to may 20ish. Mine are looking good and a few are just now starting to open. With yours this far along already, are you worried about the gold finches? Those jokers hit my sunflowers hard once they start drying!
