    Default Ten dolla chicken

I had to have a whole chicken yesterday and was in a rush. Sure enough all the Tyson's had the "Reduced for quick sale" sticker, which I consider to be the same as "This item will give you ebola if you touch it". I looked over and next to them were a few Organic chickens. $10.58

Had to have it. Who the hell is buying these things on the reg? BTW, it tasted like a regular chicken.

Time to build a coop and get back into free range again...

Sounds about right. Is there any real difference in the bird?

I don’t know if it’s worth it but all the hormones and shit they give chickens now can’t be healthy. I’m not one to talk about health because I could stand to lose about 75.

I think Publix greenwise chicken breast are more juicy and tender than any other brand. They tend to be smaller in size. They are worth every penny.

May be awhile before I get back to read it though. Gotta go inject a quarter million chickens with their daily dose of hormones and steroids...then fasten ankle weights around each one so they can get that anabolic growth.

My personal favorite is they give the grower a regular flock after clean out then the second flock is “antibiotics free” birds... all about the label

When I was in India last year, we saw plenty of local free range chickens. Primal chickens. Look more like pheasant, and their drumsticks were about the size of a chicken wing here. So there's something going on with some of the mass produced chicken here.

Yeah. Favorable genetics and plenty of nutrition. And a safe climate controlled environment.

    People will bitch about anything.

I only eat chicken that was given HGH and deer antler spray. Those are safer hormones than all those other ones.

I will bitch about a damn raw assed chicken costing 10 bucks. And about people going to India and not making a picture thread about said journey...
