I had an in-depth conversation the other day with a driller who installed several monitor wells around Walther and his #’s don’t exactly support your hypothesis.

Building Permit, SWPPP Permit, Land Disturbance Permit, Permit to Operate, etc, etc, etc. We've regulates ourselves into a self created hell. Why should the state have so much say over what I do on my own property?
