    Hitting this joker again tomorrow morning.

    If you are in/around the Spartanburg area and would like to join us you are more than welcome.

    We are 3,2,1, GO! at 0930. Doors to the gym will open at 0900.

    Bring a buddy and tag team it so you can earn your dry over seasoned Q drowned in sugar sauce and liquid bread for the weekend.

    1 mile run

    100 pull ups
    200 push ups
    300 air squats

    1 mile run

    Any questions? Keep 'em to yourself. It's exercise. You run, you pull, you push, you squat, you run. It ain't hard (TWSS).

    I don't CrossFit (Ie my camera phone doesn't have much storage space) but I do Murph.

    CrossFitting can not be done alone, unless you can talk to yourself and convince yourself that that version of yourself isn't yourself

    Yep. Knock out 20 rounds of Cindy and book end it with the runs.

    It would take me an hour to do the pushups. My goal is to finish under 60 min. Not really sure what to expect though.

    Partitioned is the only way I've ever done it. 100 pullups back to back would take me all day.

    I'm with you Glenn. I lost 20 lbs. Don't see any reason to put it back on for a workout.

    I plan to partition 20, 40, 60

    Only if he has his shirt off. Our gym did it today at 0400, for some damn crazy reason. I’ll be napping after my big breakfast when y’all get going. Go get em. 5/10/15 is NOT hard just a grind. I like 10/20/30 better if breaking up. It does kinda suck though. Was raining like hell. I did it in 40 min. Didn’t feel like I was rushing.
