I got two with my marriage. I never liked them before but I'll likely always have one.
One long haired that is a pretty cool dog but can be mean as shit at times. He bit me once and we have a truce now after a forearm across his throat. Even with that he was still trying to get to bite me until I let him up then he hauled ass.
The other one is a beagle/dachshund mix. Not a mean bone in her body and she can track a blood trail with the best of them.
We got a lab pup that is now 80 lbs and the long haired one scares the hell out of the her. The lab cowers to the dachshund at the slightest growl/lip curl.
Okay, so, I'm believing the Sheriff's Department needs to look into this a little deeper...

Check out a jagdterrior. Little basturds are fearless
Those little sum beyotches will kill or be killed by anything in the woods.
Wiener y’all gonna learn, little dogs are the meanest.
Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.
You might take out a dozen before they drag you from your home and skull fuck you to death. Marsh Chicken 6/21/2013
Shameful way to go out. Being taken down by a nest of weener dogs. I'll mess up a nest of weener dogs. I'm not saying I won't get bit but I'll definitely be the last mammal standing in that scenario. Reminds me of this out take from a Joe Rogan podcast...
Pit bulls are great pets.
I was looking a Jagd Terriers. I talked to a breeder here in the US that said he sold one to another breeder and put it on a plane. Later that day, he got a call from the intended recipient who said, "We've got a problem." Somehow , the Jagd got out of its airline kennel mid flight and broke into several other kennels in the cargo hold and killed another dog, a rabbit and a couple ferrets. I don't think I want a dog with quite that much prey drive.
I changed my tack and put a deposit down for a Teckel instead. (basically a closely bred and tested wirehaired Dachshund) I'm hoping to get a great tracking dog out of it. As a hobby, she can keep the armadillos thinned out. I never considered retrieving but might have to give that a whirl too.
Who chains up a damn bear so two dogs can harass it? Lmao!
I think thats called a bear bay.
