Meh. one of the times acuna was thrown out was on a passed ball that hit the back stop and shot back to the catcher like a bullet.

He got from first to home pretty quick last night. He is putting together good at bats lately.

i agree. I'm not gonna become like nitro and hate the kid. I just dont like cocky without something to back it up.

I will say he seems to be trying hard, showing some positive emotion, and starting to be an asset to the team....

I don't hate Acuna. Just want him to play to the fullest of his ability and help drive our offense to the post season. He's a highly paid entertainer who isn't (IMHO) earning his wages with the first half of the season's performance. Would it bother me if the Braves trade him for say JRod?? Not at all. Hate is a strong word.

Tonight - Scherzer on the mound for the Schmets.

Odorizzi for the Bravos. Should be a great matchup. Beating the Mets twice in a row gives me a better feeling for October. Degrom tomorrow. That will be a great game to watch.

The last 3 game stand against the Mets starting on Sept 30 will be a war..

Jackson Stephens coming in that situation is a bit of a head scratcher.

I also hate Acuna getting thrown out stealing to end the inning in the 7th.

But that ain’t what he said. He specifically mentioned Jansen. I highly doubt he’s throwing in the towel if he’s down a run after the 6th. Stop being so emotional about it.
