That kid Nico Heorner is filling is just fine after being called up from AA. He's no Baez, but he's been holding his own. First pitch he saw at Wrigley was a dinger. Solid defense too.

If the Cubs play up to their potential and regain the NL Central lead from the Redbirds, they won't have to worry about Nats... at least until the NLDS, possibly NLCS, assuming Cubbies make it that far.
