I watched several people get flown out from attempting the wall. I had a buddy try it on a Yamaha banshee and had we not been at the top to grab his handlebars he would have been another.

I’ll never forget watching some dude on a 125 Honda dirt bike with no shirt, no helmet and a cigarette in the corner of his mouth do it over and over and over. He was there almost every Sunday. He was a local celebrity. I’ve been all over the southeast riding and to this day nothing can compare to Antioch

Guy I know got busted up real bad in a banshee on it. I’ve never seen another Hill that bad, that people actually wanted to try

What happened to that place? Last I heard was it got sold and turned into a hunting club. That was 15 years ago or so. I was roofing a house near there last summer and couldn’t help but ride by some of the old trail entries. Brought back some great memories. Those big mud flats down in the bottoms of the power line trails were a sight to see on a weekend during the summer

Not real sure. Our crowd started going to Lovers Lane, between Hickory Grove and Pacolet, on Sunday’s when they shut Antioch down

Figured I would bump this thread.

Carolina Adventure World is closed. Any ideas where to go riding during all this shut down? Maybe within 2 hours of Lexington

Last I heard, Deep Creek and Outback were open in NC. Also, I believe Riverneck is still open. Info current as of Friday.

Riverneck is open per the website. We are planning on going next weekend if they haven't shut down the state by then. It's big enough where you can stay away from people.

I think that is federal or state, so it's probably shut down.
