20180410_165230.jpg what is it and what do I use to kill it without killing what little grass I have. Got dandelions as well so something that kills both would be great

Medicago lupulina. . . Black Medic. Your best management option is to apply two- or three-way mixtures of 2,4-D, dicamba, MCPP, or MCPA. Use a pre-emergent next winter.

So do my trees and shrubs but I don't want to kill them. Will the 24d dicambe and mcpp kill everything or just the weeds. Also is that something I can get at southern state or tractor supply. As you can tell I don't know shit about how to grow a lawn.

Yes they will selectively kill the broadleaf weeds. They are restricted use.

What type of grass are you trying to manage?

Centipede. Go get some Gordon's Trimec from TSC. Follow the label and see what happens. It should work, but don't expect it to die within three days. Get it done before the growing season really gets going.
