    24x30 ..720 sq ft

    Hover kit was $27k.....I’ll have 34k in it when done

    Does that include electrical service and septic system? Did you do everything yourself or sub some out?

    Paid electrician and insulation folks.... now paying drywall crew

    I have done framing plumbing and a lot of the rough in junk

    Hoover is building one for us. 20x30 is right around 21k including grading. AD0D710A-D9DF-4994-A12F-244075796D62.jpg the shed roof off the side is an expensive addition we passed on.

    Would building something like that on a piece of hunting property change the tax status from ag?

    Looks Great. You will wish you cut some of them tree's one day but nice pad. Leave blower on the roof or it will stain the shit out of it too but your deal

    Not if you build a “barn” with power to store your equipment in.

    Whatever you do to it after final inspection is your business.

    Actually tied into a septic that was onsite as there was a trailer there couple yrs ago.

    Glad to be done.... now time to get black out liquor drunk there
