    Default Pole Barn / Farm House build

    Coming along pretty good now.....last two weeks we have done all the site prep/ grading / and built out the pole barn structure.....now onto concrete / plumbing electrical / framing and on and on

    Being a slab build.....not sure yet....was planning on stamped concrete but rethinking

    Spend a little extra and put a high quality vapor barrier under the slab.

    Included in the Hoover kit we bought.....not sure on the high quality tho

    Don’t forget to pour that slab an extra 24 inches past your drip line or u will have erosion

    I used seamless gutters instead of extending the concrete. I've got a two 60' runs with down spouts on each end.

    Progress...framed out / plumbing done...should set plumbing fixtures and start electrical in next week or so
