Don’t pay property tax and a man with a gun will eventually show up.

Total horseshit. Not at all what our founding fathers had in mind if I had to guess. This should be brought up to Vote to overturn every year. Why would we not?

I had to pay roll back taxes on land that my family has owned since before my county was established as a county.

What’s the new regs and when do they go into effect?

Use change after 1/1/21 is rolled back on 3 years instead of 5. Counties typically rollback on 1 acre if a house is built on the property. Just make sure there is at least 6 acres b/c it takes 5 to have ag use. Do not have it surveyed and split into a separate parcel. If the new parcel is more than an acre you are not helping yourself.

In Florence you need 10 acres of farmland for ag or 5 acres of timber.

If you don’t pay your roll back taxes they won’t even accept your real taxes.

The county wouldn’t accept my 2500.00 tax bill because I hadn’t paid 700$ in rollback taxes. I didn’t pay my rollback taxes because I didn’t get a bill.

Yes. Yes they do. Have to fund the reparations for campaign donors somehow.

This. Our whole system is a joke. Trading votes for favors is the name of the game.

Listen to this fella. You don't need to subdivide your property. It is an unnecessary expense to do so.

The buyer at the tax sale will have to get Johnny Law out there so the guns will eventually come.

Did you recently sell the property? I am told it is given up at closing.
It's not enough to simply tolerate the 2nd Amendment as an antiquated inconvenience. Caring for the 2nd Amendment means fighting to restore long lost rights.
