I killed my first whistling duck 3 seasons ago down here in Florida, can't say shooting those things is much in the way of sport... but a nice addition none the less. While the majority of birds this year I saw through my stomping around the everglades and other areas were certainly BWT, mottled, and bluebills... I saw the most widgeon this year than I ever have.

Not sure if I uploaded the photo correctly but this was on the way home from a fishing trip to Edisto in mid October. About 80 whistlers in a small corn field.
