You may want to walk to Jawja to hunt. When you hit 210 , hollar.... I can’t have someone having a heart attack while walking to the field.

Wonder how much weight one could lose by hand picking pigweed out of a dove field.

Well, I'm back after a few days off. Turns out I never really got rid of the sinus infection so I'm back on antibiotics again and turkey season gets in the way from time to time.

2.5 mile run with more elevation change than I would have liked

Followed by helping the neighbor unload 60 bags of mulch

past two weeks I've logged 16 and 18 Miles each week. Trying to incorporate some lifting so I'm setting in a 30-45 regime on these work outs you guys are describing after my run.
Got on the scale this am, and I'm down 58 lbs, I'm at 194, since my last supper as I would call it 11/25.

    Your phone should measure steps.

I'll look at that. When I had my Apple watch I used the activity app but I sold it and haven't been tracking any activity since.

I don't need my phone or any other device to tell me whether I'm walking or sitting on my fat ass
Them that don't know him won't like him, and them that do sometimes won't know how to take him

He ain't wrong, he's just different, and his pride won't let him do things to make you think he's right
