Default Time to drop some winter weight

    Made it to 185

    FT: 21-15-9
    KBS- 55lbs

Gonna be following some programs pertaining to western hunting in the next few months. It will include rucks with heavy packs, running, and some real lung burning wods.

    Nice work on those lunges.

We're back in reset mode here as well. Deer season took it's toll on us.

Winter isn't over and it's coming back next year, or so I hear. I'm gonna stay ready.

My back is good but the right knee is holding me back now. The bastard feels like the knee cap is gonna pop off if I squat. Deadlift and running doesn’t bother it.

Was on the road most of the day yesterday so no time for a workout. Those lunges are still taking their toll on me.

Trail run today with the pup. 3 mile-ish.

It is worse with walking up or down steps? If so, most likely good old patello-femoral requiring down time from loading activities.

Nah. Just a deep squat. I can deadlift, run, do the stairmaster and it not hurt at all.

Deadlifts with 50 lb dumbells? Why not just lift a large helium balloon?

Okay, but I'm supposed to hold 2 of them in each hand, right?

Okay, but I guess I have to go by Curves gym and pick up some 50lbs. Not sure where else I would get dumbells that small...
