Hitting PR's on most lifts, still suck at overhead squats...feels good to be leaner and skrong again.
    congrats on making yourself healthier!!

Pretty Fun one today at CCF. Most were in costumes

10/10/8/8 deadlifts increase weight each set. I finished at 295

    Then:

    Humans Vs Zombies

The first group of humans gets a 2:30 head start on the zombies. If a human is caught by a zombie they owe 25 burpees. If a zombie fails to catch a human, they owe 25 burpees.

    800m run
    20 double unders
    40 air squat
    60 situps
    40 push ups
    20 pull ups
    400 m run

I’ve been following Pat Sherwood’s CrossFit Linchpin private track and working out at home for the last 3 weeks. After a 3.5 year stint of CrossFit that put me in the best shape of my life, too many excuses led me to cancelling my membership and falling back to my old ways.

Sherwood’s programming humbles me every day and I come back for more each and every day.

I used to enjoy the box environment and it made me competitive, but now I enjoy competing against myself.

Here’s to staying after it and making excuses to workout instead of passing.

Ironically I just left the cardiologist as I thought something was wrong with me. He told me, you're fine, just fat. So I guess I'm "that guy" now.

Bringing this one back to the top.

Glenn are you still doing the keto thing?

I'm still following CF Linchpin and working out at home.
