You can’t have a 3 way hybrid without including 2 species of the mallard complex.
Mallard/Black hybrid (fertile bird) mates with a hen pintail (fertile) could POSSIBLY produce offspring giving the bird 3 separate species in one duck, but that final bird would be sterile.
I’m not even sure they would produce but that’s the only scenario I can see being even remotely possible.

    Look at horses...
    Donkey - fertile
    Horse - fertile
    Mule - sterile.

You can’t breed a mule with a zebra and expect offspring.

Not sure I’m capable of laying it out any more simple than that

    It's the bold part.
Be proactive about improving public waterfowl habitat in South Carolina. It's not going to happen by itself, and our help is needed. We have the potential to winter thousands of waterfowl on public grounds if we fight for it.

So you're talking about a specific Pintail/Teal/Widgeon hybrid as in a particular bird comprised of all three?

    It’s a widgeon/pintail.....sterile lol.

Appears to be euro, but it could just be the bad shadowing.
