Thread: Best dove I ever ate.

    Take the breast of a dove wrap it in bacon. Grill it till the bacon is nice an crisp.Then take the dove and throw it away and eat a bacon sandwich. Real easy.

    Don't tell me...without even reading your post, I'll bet this recipe calls for bacon.

    Best I ever had... that is an easy one, but I don't have the recipe.

    They were individual breast filets, lightly breaded in a breading that had paprika and some other spices in it. They had been sauteed and then put in a dish, covered with a perfect mornay sauce, run under a broiler briefly, then served...

    This was prepared by our chef Oscar in Argentina. I will pay decent money for this recipe.

    Yeh she's proud that's her recipe.It was passed downed through the generations.
