1-1.5 lb deer roast or loin
1 can beef consome
1 can cream of mushroom
2 cans water
3 or 4 medium taters
1 or 2 medium onions
2 carrots
salt and pepper
Cut up taters, onions and carrots. Put everthing in crock pot before you leave for work in the morning and put on high. Will be ready when you get home in the evening(usually 8 or 9 hours.) Sometimes I add a pack of Lipton Onion Soup mix. Serve over rice. Real easy to prepare and always a crowd pleaser.
