Salt and Pepper inside and out...
Stuff the cavity with Sage/Apple and Orange slices
Place in a shallow pan inside a 400 degree oven for 20 minutes.
Remove and baste with orange marmalade.
Return to a 350 degree oven for 12 minutes or until 160 degrees on a meat thermometer.
Turn broiler on a couple of minutes to crisp the skin.
The easiest and best ducks I can remember. I ate all three...
