How about a little more narrative? I have to assume that is some sort of duck dish in the last picture, but I can't tell. I think it looks pretty good - how did it taste?

So if I bring my birds over to your house can I walk out the door with a pot of whatever that is in the last picture, or are you going to post the instructions? Looks pretty good.

sorry about the pic in the kitchen.

i sliced the duck breasts into strips and marinaded them in whatever i found in the fridge....worstershire, terriyaki, italian dressing, and some red hot chili paste. then, i sauted some onions, garlic, and green peppers. after they got good and soft, i put the duck slices in there and covered. cook only for 4-5 minutes....i HATE a welldone duck. it should be mid-rare. then, i fluffed the rice (rice, chicken broth, more spices).

final picture should have been the big pile of rice with the duck mixture on top....with a salad and a '99 australian shiraz. yummy. leftovers should be right on, too.
