I usually drink Scotch but I enjoy a lime daquiri on some of those hot summer afternoons. This recipe is the best tasting I've had and it does not require a blender. It does require preparation a day in advance. I make a big batch and keep a cauldron of it in my outside freezer.
one 12 oz can of frozen line concentrate
one 12 oz can of rum
six cans of diet sprite
one or two drops of green food coloring
Mix it, freeze over night, smash it up with a potato masher. It doesn't freeze hard.
