This will probably work good on woodies also.
But I'll tell ya what, this is so friggin simple it's almost wrong to do.
Pick the breast.
Whack it off.
(I just use a big set of game shears)
Do not skin 'em. Ya gotta leave the skin on
Place them skin down in a baking dish.
Pour on enough Rasberry Vinegrette
salad dressing so they are swimming in it. Not necessarily covered, but so that it comes up the sides of the breasts.
That's it.
I let 'em marinate about 4 hours in the fridge.
Throw em on the gill bone side down for 12-15 minutes.
Flip 'em for 5-8 minutes.
I like 'em rare...if you do..use the lower numbers.
Easy and danged good!!
