3 sticks of butter
24-36 oz of Honey (depending on flavor you want)
2-4 birds breasted out
Onion Powder
Italian breading
Baby bello mushrooms

Preheat the oven to 350. Melt 1/2 stick of butter in a sauce pan. Be careful, it'll begin to burn faster than oil, but what you want to do is get it simmering enough to brown the pheasant. Take the breasts and using either water or milk, dip them and bread them in onion powder and italian seasoning. Brown them (just a few minutes), and drop them in a nice glass baking dish. You're going to have to keep adding a bit of butter depending on how many breasts you're frying and how long it's taking, but you know what you're doing... after they're all browned and breaded and sitting in your glass dish, add the rest of the butter. You want to have an equal amount of butter and an equal amount of honey in the sauce pan, and boil them together so they blend nicely. While it's boiling, drop the mushrooms in (these are gonna taste GREAT). It'll become very liquid. Pour this solution into the glassware over the bird so that they're covered. Cover it in aluminum foil and place it in the oven. Usually it takes about 30 min depending on how thin the breasts are and how long you browned them, but after 30, pull it out and check to see, so long as their good and white all the way through, you're good to go... it's hard to overcook them this way. ENJOY!

(that's my favorite recipe).
