Default Question about fertilizer on food plots

Sorry but posted this one in wrong forum last night while watching ballgame

Long story short, did some food plots at my Daughter/Son in Laws land this year.

I put them in early Oct and did not have any fertilizer when I did them and honestly kind of forgot about it

Buddy of mine went out couple weeks later and plowed some more area and top sowed wheat on it which is now just starting to come up .

I have 3 bags of 19-19-19 that he left me but did not have time to put out before rain this week

We ahve a 50/50 chance of rain Sunday afternoon and I was thinking about running out there early in the am before church and spreading fertilizer

My question is IF we do not get ANY rain will the triple 19 burn them out or should I wait till we have very good chance of rain to apply .

This is mostly a spot I hunt in the afternoons, not too good of an am spot but is a great little spot for afternoon hunts near my house but dont want to mess it up
