Anybody got a good recipe for a Frogmore Stew? The last one I had had an awesome red sauce. Just spicy enough to make your nose run.

I use this recipe for 15 to 20 people.

10 pounds shrimp, 26-30 or 31-35 count with heads off.
10 pounds of red potatoes, washed.
5 pounds of Vidalia onions, peeled.
5 pounds of Hillshire Farms smoked sausage cut up into 1 inch pieces.
3 doz. 1/2 ears of frozen corn if fresh isn't available.
    1 cup white vinegar
    1/4 cup salt
    1/2 can Old Bay seasoning.

Bring water, salt, vinegar, & Old Bay to a rolling boil.
Add potatoes and after 10 minutes add onions.
Let potatoes and onions cook for a total of 20 mnutes.
Add sausage. Wait 5 minutes and add corn.
Let mixture cook for 5 minutes and add shrimp.
Cook only 5 minutes with shrimp in pot and turn off heat. Let pot sit for 3 more minutes and then drain and pour into your serving platters or trays.

Make sure you've got plenty of cold beer and rolls of paper towels handy.

For cocktail sauce I mix catsup, prepared horse radish, worchestershire sauce and a squirt of lemon jiuce together.
