Until last year, I was using an old spray painted 2 3/4" 1100 with a 26" steel barrel that will let it shoot 3" shells. Last year, I finally got over my reluctance to shoot steel in my old Citori Upland Special and started shooting it. I still want an Extrema so I can shoot 3 1/2" shells for turkey and deer. It might become my duck gun but I sure like the light weight and quick handling of the o/u.

870 SPS, 3" w/28" barrel, and Remchoke Cylinder bore or IC choke. Drylock 2's and 3's.

    These got a little close..

    Usually shoot an old A-5.

Gotta go with JAB on the steel. I snagged a couple of boxes of Remington steel #6's from WetDawg and killed everything at which I pointed my gun. Of course I limited myself to reasonable shots.

Beretta Extrema with 28 inch barrel. Stock chokes, either IC for layout hunting or IM for everything else. I see they now have the Extrema with 30 inch barrel, would love to have one of those.

I tote an old 11-87 with homemade camo job. Full choke and #2 Kent's Faststeel.

I don't shoot them till their legs are out and that combo kills um deader than a hammer!

Remington 870 with Briley chokes. Waiting on the season to try my Mossy 935. If it works as well on ducks as it does on turkeys and clay targets, I may have to semi-retire the remington.

This year it will be a Beretta AL391 Urika.

My past guns (and current "back up" guns) were a Winchester Super X2 and a Remington 870 Express.

Beretta 390 Urika, or Duckman#1's 390 when mine break. Keep an 870 handy, but for some reason its never with me when I need it.
