    Default Do me a favor

Cut out the bullshit "he ain't a good one, but anyone else that hunts here woulda shot it/the neighbor woulda shot it...." etc, etc, etmfc. Shoot what the hell you want to shoot and quit making fucking excuses for it. If you feel the urge to apologize for what you shoot then either quit shooting it or quit fucking hunting. Be proud of whatever you decide to shoot and take it home, process it yourself and enjoy the hell out of it. Quit concerning yourself with what anyone else thinks.

    That is all. Carry on.

    Thank you sir.

Yeah really. I guess I have shot 80+ spikes to 6 points, and another 50 eight point or better that were way young. Trust me, when you get older, those horns some of you give so much of a shit about won't mean dick to you...

I like to shoot does in the head.
Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

I think SCDNR should offer a new purple, 4-points-only, tag.

    Oh for fucks sake

Arby's will sell you a deer burger no need to to kill a cow horn. O need to kill a 2.5 year old 16@ buck and damn sure no reason to shoot a 3.5 year old.

It takes another 3.5 years to get back there.

    This isn't fishing.

    You can't throw them back.

But I agree if you are either so giddy you gotta shoot your dare riffle at Bambi to prove to your own ego because everyone else is gonna say wtf??? Go for it man.

Other wise man up an be like yea bo that dare ain't had no teef in his head when I stuck my finger in its mouth.
    Yup, he's crazy...

like a fox. The dude may be coming in a little too hard and crazy but 90% of everything he says is correct.

Very true. If you feel like you have to apologize for it don't even shoot it. I don't shoot many deer at all and rarely see anything I'd even call decent. I've let plenty of small bucks go but I'll kill one on any given day and don't give a crap what anybody says. I'd rather shoot a spike than a 13" 8pt.

Shoot what you want and don't worry about anyone else.

I try my best to let bucks grow to 4 1/2 years old on my farm before I shoot them but that's my personal decision. I hate being told what I can and can't shoot and I actually like eating deer.

Well said. I've got a friend named Tobago. He shot a deer that had 2 points on 1 side and only had 1 point on the other.

I might shoot this one tomorrow afternoon if he shows his head.

I let a solid 4 year old 8 point walk Thursday morning, because I felt like it. I also shot a 2 year old 6 point last year, because I felt like it.

Let's take it a bit deeper. "Felt like it".

I need to kill. I can't speak for you folks.
