    Anybody heard of welded trim tabs on the rear corners of an aluminum boat? What do you think about them?

    Yes, I have heard of it. I don't have personal knowledge, but I've heard they work very well. Duracraft makes some. PM Nab, he can give you the skinny, then sell ya some.
