You have my deepest sympathy. God bless you and your family. I hope your pain and loss will be eased by the fact she has slipped the painful bonds of this earth.

Just wanted to come in and touch base with everyone.
Its been a tough couple of weeks for me. Losing her on 9/1 and then having our 24th wedding anniversary on the 10th.
I am starting to go through her things and distribute them per her wishes.
I have found a worthy recipient of the "Beach chair". He is a 10 yr old young man who has Muscular Dystrophy. As I indicated in my previous update , I want to give the gentlemen here the 1st option if they knew of anyone who could benefit from the use of said chair before I passed it to someone else . With your Blessing , I would like to move forward with this.

Once again, Thank you to everyone .

Go for it Vic. I'm sure the young man is as deserving as anyone.

Vic, I seriously doubt that anyone that made a contribution to that chair would object to you passing it along to a derserving individual. We are still praying for you.

You have my deepest sympathies. I wish I had some advice to help you through this...but you miss her and she misses you....but she is standing tall now. What you are doing with her chair and her possessions is what will help keep her with you.

Losing a loved one is tough.

I’m not sure how I missed this but my prayers are with you Vic and your family.
eCU, PT, JAB, and anyone else involved in this I pray God will bless you and know he will. Now I have to figure out a way to walk out of my office without looking like I have been crying my eyes out. This is the best place on earth and no matter who you pull for in football there are some damn fine gentlemen on here. I’m proud to be a member of such a great site.

Sorry for your loss, God's strength and love to you and your family and rejoice in the knowledge that she is wrapped in His endless love.
I hate that I missed this story at the beginning, but I am moved at the love and kindness shown to "strangers" through SC Ducks. God shows himself on the regular here.
