We are already scheduling some unofficial visits. USC is in our top 5 considerations.

My belief is we had the Florida coach locked in until they made the finals. Now they are one win away from a natty. When is the last time a coach built up a program, won the title, and then switch jobs to an interdivisional rival.

Tanner should have some good interest that's for sure .....

Typically that coach wouldn't leave. Florida has a TERRIBLE baseball fan base & the facilities are crap so that may be the difference. Are there even any Florida fans at the CWS?

All the chanting last night made it sound like an LSU home game.

When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home. -Tecumseh-

LSU fans have a huge presence in Omaha..

The year we beat Florida, I went back and watched the games.. ESPN tried to make it look like there were tons of Florida fans in the stands.. There may have been 5-700..

There were probably 10k Carolina fans.. Same thing when we beat UCLA in the first one..

If you even remotely like baseball, you owe it to yourself to go to Omaha for the CWS at least once.. Its a great experience..

I think O'Sullivan is hired regardless of what Florida does in the next game or two..

Florida doesn't give a shit about baseball..

And yes 2oof, SC is one of the most desirable jobs in the in the Country.

Texas has a real AD and he could not lure O'Sullivan away last year. If Tanner does it will be a surprise. O'Sullivan is set, probably the highest paid coach in college baseball with a long contract and already winning on a high level. I cannot see him having a rescending resume.

Highest paid college baseball coach in the country at 1.25 million dollars a year, and Florida does not care about baseball?

I guess on days there is no game, they just light piles of cash on fire?
