Leaning post weld help

I would like a back rest welded onto my leaning post. Nautic Star wants to sell me an entire new assembly. Anyone know of someone that may provide the fabric and offer the welding ? I guess my other option would be to buy a new assembly local and install myself.

Palmetto trooper will weld it up for you. Not sure about the fabric though.

Nautical Dimensions in Summerville, they build for OEMs like sportsman, scout, etc. made my jon boat leaning post with a backrest that goes in the rocket launchers & the arms fold so it stows inside:

Like was said, get the removable one that slides in the rod holders
